JOB TITLE: Cycle Mechanic
HOURS: 2-3 days per week, start and finish times flexible, but approximately from 9:00am - 4:00pm
JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate's primary responsibility would be maintaining our current fleet of cycles and fixing problems that arise with them, but we would also like the candidate to be willing and able to drive a Land Rover and trailer for our Outreach Programme when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: The candidate should have a minimum of Cytech Theory, Technical and Practical One, or an equivalent qualification, and a qualification in maintaining and repairing E-Bikes would be preferable.
A self-employed candidate would be preferred, but this is not a necessary requirement.

Please note that our ability to provide volunteering opportunities will rely on staff availability and how busy the centre is, therefore we cannot guarantee that volunteering will be possible at all times.
We also ask that all volunteers over the age of eighteen are PVG certified to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our vulnerable service users. It is not compulsory, but it is preferable.
